Christmas charity concert
This annual concert has became our traditional event that every year during Christmas time gathers together 1300 children from low income families from all Latvia. In this Christmas charity concert participates popular artists, children can take part in different attractions, games, also each of them receives a Christmas present from Latvia Children’s Fund. This year the concert will take place on 20th December in Riga Congress Palace.

Christmas charity campaign “Don’t pass by!”
We’ve started our annual charity campaign “Don’t pass by!”. Every year within this campaign aids for realization of different Latvia Children’s Fund projects are being collected. This year these projects are Latgale Regional Support Centre Dardedze for Abused Children and their Families, Rehabilitation Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy, summer camps for children with special needs, stipends for talented youth and Christmas charity concert.

Latvia Children’s Fund and TNT Latvia participation in UN World Food Programme campaign
Latvia Children’s Fund continuing cooperation with TNT Latvia from 9th October, 2006 till 31st January, 2007 is participating in UN World Food Programme. Within this campaign by making an order in TNT Latvia everybody can also take part in this campaign – 2.5 % from each order will be donated to Latvia Children’s fund and 2.5 % to UN Worlds Food Programme, in that way not only Latvia children homes, boarding schools and children social rehabilitation centres will be supported by adequate food, but also children all around the world will receive help.
